Today I built the world. Really!
It is a puzzleball I bought yesterday from a closing down Jigsaw shop in the town centre. Very very addictive! So much so in fact that despite having just got hold of the next series of ER (I am a complete addict) I haven’t started watching it yet as I wanted to finish my globe!
Geeky Stuff: focal length 55mm, f5.6, 1/13, iso 800
here is an outtake, the complete thing. I was going to make a combination of pictures of the puzzle in various states of completion (yes, a little pathetic I know) but it did not work. SO here is the finished product:
Geeky Stuff: 27mm, f5.6, 1/13, iso 800
Here’s today’s picture:
Geeky Stuff: Focal Length 18mm, f5.6, 1/200 sec, iso 400.
Today I was at work. Our shop shuts on Thursday, and at the moment business is very slow. Although I’m sure that’ll change tomorrow when the sale comes on. Mat worked part of the day with me today so I went out with the camera to outisde the Mima to take some pictures. I intended to get some of the fountain but it had switched itself down to hardly any water when I got there so I didn’t get any. So I took this picture of the Bottle of Notes. For those of you who don’t know what the Bottle of Notes is, it’s a sculpture and I think it’s meant to be the writings of Captain Cook, but there is an ‘outtake’ below so you can see the whole thing. It was nice to be able to take an outside picture, a non still life for a change. Anyway, here’s the outtake.
