So, this is the first official post of the year. Only 365 to go! The end is in sight!
Last night was spent at my Dad’s house, nothing special, just a quiet night in with the TV and a small amount of alcohol. A nice way to welcome in the new year. Here’s an appropriate picture.
Geeky Stuff: I had a bit of trouble getting this one right, as the lighting was poor and I used an LED torch to create the spotlight, which is shining through the glass in the lid of the watch. I used my f1.8 50mm lens for this shot, it was lit from the left, and I shot (very unusually for me) in Manual – and if I could find the exif data I’d be able to give it…. oh yeah, f1.8 (I knew that bit) and 1/200 (also iso 1600 which I could have turned down if I’d thought about it!)
